SANRAL NOTES APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD

26 February 2026, PRETORIA – CABINET has today, the 26th of February 2026, approved the appointment of a new Board of Directors for the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). The appointments are effective 1st of March 2026.

SANRAL notes the announcement. Once the Shareholder Minister, Transport Minister Ms Barbara Creecy, has signed the letters of appointment, and such appointments have been officially accepted by the designate Board Members, SANRAL will inform bondholders and stakeholders accordingly.
